The daughter befriends all these monster kids. It was a 3D-styled cartoon that featured 2 kids who would follow a magical cat into a different world where they'd go on adventures and things like that. The cat would turn into a female ...Open. I was at my grandparents' house watching Cartoon Network at night- I didn't ever watch it except for there so I have only seen this one time. It was late and when the cartoon was over the screen showed this psychedelic black and white owl for several seconds and then said "goodnight" in a male voice and switched entirely off.I would assume that it was one of those obscure theatrical cartoons that were only shown once & never again, but then would somehow end up on some public domain VHS releases.
