Helix would be cute. tragus would be mad cute and u could probably rock a conch too. jewelry should be downsized at around 4 weeks after the initial piercing. you have to wait til it’s fully healed to change it yourself. overdoing aftercare would be something like cleaning your ear four times a day with saline spray. you only need to spray the saline twice a day. Taking ibuprofen (or any NSAID) will reduce the dilation of your blood vessels so fewer white blood cells will make it to your piercing, but not significantly enough to impact healing unless you have something seriously wrong with you. Its a hard piercing to heal so problems are kinda inevitable. Even it you cleanse properly as often as you should, you cant control how you turn in your sleep lol. Mine took about 12-14 months to heal.Generally speaking yeah, it's usually always bad to pierce in high movement areas.
